What’s in a name?

The Keystone Chapter was chartered in North Wales, Pennsylvania in
December 2006 and is one of many chapters in the Pennsylvania Division
of IAAP.  Members include executive and administrative assistants,
administrative specialists, and all other office professionals.

The Keystone Chapter was started with 23 members and rapidly grew
over a period of four (4) months to over 30 members. Our logo, the
Keystone was chosen to represent the mission of our chapter. The
definition of a keystone is the stone at the top of an arch. It is the
supporting element for the entire arch— without it, the arch would collapse.  
As a metaphor, this is our mission.
Our Chapter is the supporting element for our members and it is the
anchor that holds together our future.

The members of The Keystone Chapter work diligently to promote the
benefits of membership in IAAP to administrative professionals who live
and/or work in the Pennsylvania area.  Membership in the International
Association of Administrative Professionals provides outstanding benefits
and services to meet professional and personal needs.

The Keystone Chapter is a great resource to help you advance in your
career; increase your skills and opportunities through networking; stay
abreast of forever changing business trends and technology; and achieve
an improved professional image.
